CANCELLATION POLICIES - BY MAKING A BOOKING YOU AGREE TO ADHERE TO THESE POLICIES.
We require at least 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment.
Late cancels will leave me out of pocket but I understand that from time to time things happen so for this reason at this current point of time, I will exercise care when deciding wether to charge a cancellation fee of 25% should you cancel within the 24 hour notice window.
You may also be required to pay a $50 non refunable, non transferable deposit to secure your next booking.

Chelsea Fay Hair reserves the right to amend these policies at any time.
We ask that if you have any concerns with your hair following your appointment that you contact us within 7 days. We will always try our best to deliver the desired result however hair is a medium that gives differing results dependent on many factors. Some services require multiple appointments and this does not mean a Re-do is applicable if your desired result can not be achieved within the service time frame booked. We do not offer refunds for hair services. Hair re-dos will not be offered outside of a 14 day window of the original appointment if you are unhappy with the result. By making a booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Faulty Products have a return period of 30 days from the purchase date with proof of purchase.
